How do I add friends?
Hanging out on Youtube with some friends and find a video you want to watch with friends? Tell them to click your pin icon and they will teleport right to the video you are on, or send them a signal!
There are two easy ways to add a friend in Moonbounce. Both happen while you are using the extension!
Identity Card
Open the extension on the same website as the person you want to add as friend
Click their character so that the player card pops up
Press the + button to add them
Have them do the same to add you back.
Chat Widget
By clicking on the icon in the upper right corner of the chat widget box
You can also add them in the chat widget box!
Once you're friends, you can teleport to each other using the location icon next to their name.
How do I invite friends to Moonbounce?
Send them to getmoonbounce.com or share your Moonbounce profile link.
Moonbounce gets way more fun once your friends join.
How do I hang out with friends?
You can:
Jump onto the same website together
When you want a friend to join you, click signal -> their name -> and a lightweight invite will be sent to them
Watch YouTube/Netflix side-by-side
Browse shopping sites (Sephora, Airbnb, Amazon)
Tips for using it with friends and watch shows:
Click settings on the right side of the chat window, then Use Player Anchor to tether characters to a certain side of the screen
Click settings on the right side of the chat window, use Occlusion zone to limit characters from appearing on a certain part of the screen
Press the green eyeball button next to chat to quickly hide characters overlayed
Use Friends Mode to see only your friends instead of everyone. Do this by clicking settings on the right of the chat window -> visual -> show friends only
Use friend signal as an easy way to spontaneously hang with friends across the internet
Friend Signal makes it easy to follow each other around the internet.
Can I make new friends on Moonbounce?
Yes! that’s a huge part of the experience.
