1. What Moonbounce Pals is
Moonbounce Pals is a private app for staying close with people you choose. You share small things — notes, photos, voice notes, drawings, decorations, and game activity — with people you have deliberately paired or joined a room with. There is no public feed and no way to discover or contact strangers.
We do not operate any servers that store your data.
Everything you create — notes, photos, voice notes, drawings, game moves, room decorations — is stored in your own iCloud account using Apple's CloudKit.
When you share something with a paired person or a room, Apple syncs it privately between your devices. It never passes through us.
We do not collect analytics, we do not track you, and we do not sell or share your information with anyone.

The App identifies you through your Apple ID / iCloud account. You do not create a separate username or password with us. You are responsible for keeping your device and Apple ID secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
Your content lives in your iCloud, not on our servers.

3. Your content stays yours
You own everything you create in the App. We do not claim any ownership of your notes, photos, voice notes, or anything else you share.
You grant us only the minimal, limited permission technically necessary to operate the features you ask for — namely, to store your content in your own iCloud account and sync it, at your direction, to the specific people you have paired or grouped with, using Apple's CloudKit. We do not run servers that hold your content, we do not access it, and we do not use it for any other purpose, share it with advertisers, or grant anyone rights to reproduce or edit it. This permission ends when you remove the content, unpair, leave a room, or stop using the App.
4. Sharing is mutual and reversible
You only exchange content with people after you have both opted in via a private invite. You can end sharing at any time:
Unpair removes your shared room and its content for both people.
Leave Room removes you from a group room.
These actions immediately stop the flow of content between you and that person.
5. Acceptable use
The App is meant for warmth between people who know each other. You agree not to use it to:
send content that is unlawful, or that harasses, threatens, or abuses another person;
share content you do not have the right to share, or that infringes someone's rights;
attempt to breach, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or misuse the App or Apple's services; or
use the App on behalf of anyone who is under 13.
Because sharing is private and mutual-consent, the primary tools for handling unwanted contact are Unpair and Leave Room. If you have a concern, contact us at team@getmoonbounce.com.
6. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains that the App runs without our servers and that we cannot see your content.
7. Apple App Store terms
You obtained the App through the Apple App Store, and the following apply:
These Terms are between you and Moonbounce, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
Your license to use the App is the non-transferable license to use it on any Apple-branded device you own or control, as set out in Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement ("Apple's Standard EULA"), which is incorporated here by reference, except where these Terms are more restrictive.
Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App. Any support questions should come to us at team@getmoonbounce.com.
Apple is not responsible for any product warranties, product or third-party claims, or intellectual-property claims relating to the App, to the extent the law allows us to say so.
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as "terrorist supporting," and that you are not on any U.S. Government restricted-parties list.
8. No warranty
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content will always sync or be preserved.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moonbounce will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of content or data, arising out of your use of the App.
10. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by unpairing, leaving your rooms, and deleting the App. We may suspend or discontinue the App, in whole or in part, at any time.
11. Changes to these Terms
These Terms are governed by the laws of United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. (Confirm this matches Moonbounce Inc's jurisdiction / your existing website terms.)
12. Governing law
If we ever change this policy, we'll update the date above and post the new version at this URL.
